Representing our confidence in our top quality work, we offer a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all installations. Equipment provided by Premier HVAC includes a manufacturer’s 10-year parts warranty. In order to maintain this warranty, yearly equipment maintenance is mandatory. For your convenience, we offer Maintenance Agreements and Plans, in order to ensure that yearly maintenance commitments are met.  

While we guarantee our workmanship in all installations, we are unable to offer parts warranties on third-party equipment. We advise consulting with your equipment manufacturer for warranty details.

For added peace of mind, 10-year Labour Warranties can be purchased for an additional fee, dependant on the manufacturer. Quoted prices for Furnaces and Air Conditioners include this pricing, however this benefit is optional.  

If you are purchasing a new home, with HVAC services provided by Premier HVAC, please contact our office directly to register your equipment for warranty within 60-days from your closing date. Documentation including the closing date must be provided. Additional labour warranties can be purchased within this time frame, pricing is dependant on equipment manufacturer.

If additional labour is required due to fault in our workmanship, the problem will be repaired at no additional cost to you. This guarantee is not valid unless payment has been made in full and does not include materials, equipment, manufacturer’s items, or damage beyond our control – such as windstorms, hail, fire, ice, lightning, or other acts of nature. With our exclusive lifetime guarantee, our goal is to provide you with the additional peace of mind that you deserve. Just mention any concerns you may have while scheduling your preventative maintenance and we will be happy to address them.
